Beware of misleading others
Go back to the word – the Bible – read it!
Without Bible easy to be misled
Seek Him – not His bag of toys
Know Him – eyes contact
God moves despite us (not because of)
Heart of bride – satisfied with Him
Heart of concubine – needs to be bought
Be simple, faithful, true – stick with Bible
In Bible given boundaries
  Jesus outside, but we need to stay inside
  We are answerable to Jesus
  “In my watch – not one lamb...”
In familiarity with God need to maintain attitude of fear and reverence
  Not a relationship of familiarity
  Still Lord of Lords / King of Kings – the I AM
Seek wisdom, search scripture
  Stick with scripture
If it looks like a duck … Is it?
  Beware of deception, looks are not everything
Don’t be afraid of Heaven encounters
  Realm 1 – around earth
  Realm 2 – demonic activity, beware those who operate here, false prophets
    Characterised by fear, anxiety, hopelessness, false visions, destruction
  Realm 3 – the home of God
Angels sent to fight demons, but never men
Men bring down principalities / powers by repentance and living holy lives
Call of Father for deliverance
  No need to fight demons
  Fear strengthens demons
Only in presence of God are we safe
  Counterfeit comes in by imagination
Require level of trust in God
Heaven around us (limited sensed of that during my wife’s final days)
Beware strange fire in church
  Lev 9:24 - Commanded by God
  Lev10:1 – Looked like a good idea
Strange fire – manipulation, dishonouring
True fire associated with fear of God
  Holiness, honesty, reverence, honour
Favour of God conditional on the way we walk
  Gifting is not conditional
Gift without favour of God causes damage
We prepare sacrifice – he produces fire!
Real thing is exciting
Slain in spirit – be real, not forced
  Its between person and God
  Not a sign of “your” anointing
Build ministry of Jesus
  Not on manifestations
Reaction when power of God encounters your natural

Enjoy presence of Jesus
Head full of ideas / hopes / dreams
  Need to just rest / have peace
  Need to sit next to Jesus
  Need to stop talking (how?)
